Why Is My Heart Beating So Fast?
*crys* I took my blood pressure today and my heart was beating so fast and it says : 132/92 and pulse: 128 I only drank cup of coffee and that s it.. and when i went to go poop and i took my blood pressure it says 126/89 Pulse: 118 My both my parents as high blood pressure.. In the morning i don t eat anything and only coffee.. and the afternoon i only eat grilled chicken or beef and etc I don t wanna die! *crys* Sorry add more.. I am 4 9 and i weigh 181 and i am 22!

You are probably just freaking out and making your heart beat so fast. Wait until Monday and go to the doctor and tell them your concern. If you are young, which is seems you are, you should have a strong heart, no matter what your parents background is. Try to take big calming breaths and stop monitoring your heart and blood pressure. Sit and read a book, relax the rest of the weekend. You aren't going to die.
Avoid coffee. Don't drink if if your heart is beating fast, it will only make it worse. Also, try to eat a little more. If your body isn't getting enough food and nutrition it often has to over work.
