Why Is My Labia And Inner Thigh Itchy?

Ive only had sex once before (unprotected) I know I know... For like 7 month now I have noticed my labia and inner thigh has been itchy, but not if I dont touch it. Its strange. I also noticed odour change and my clitoris has been extremely sensitive. I can only rub around it now. There feels like there is a tiny cut on the top and it actually feels as though it has shrunk. Do you have any idea what this could be?
