Hi I am 25 years old, I have fair complexion but I have black space only inner thigh and My labia is also dark. I am overweight girl , so , My two thighs are rub each other. But, I wanna whiten my inner thigh and labia. So, What should I do? And How to treat ?

The problem is due to obesity go on a weight reduction diet and exercise. Obesity is a risk factor for diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease. Also obesity should be evaluated for PCOS in young females as this is commonly observed nowadays. Consult your gynecologist regarding this. After ruling out PCOS you can start exercising, weight reduction diet and take tablet metformin 250mg twice daily after food to help reduce obesity risk.
