My left eye fully dilated suddenly without pain or discomfort...My peers rushed me to the hospital and after many tests and a two day admission nothing was found. The dilation lasted for about six hours and has not recurred since...What are your thoughts on this

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having dilated pupil of the left eye without pain or discomfort.
This is usually seen in cases of neurological causes causing raised intracranial pressure and causing internal ophthalmoplegia and in case of use of mydriatic drugs.
Since you have undergone all the tests and neurological examination, no need to worry. If the condition recur then you need to undergo neurological examination.

Thank you
