Why Is My Nipple Hard With Pain ?

an 11 year old one nipple is hard and they are both in pain its been happening for awhile now and if i kock it,it feels like a pin is going through it please help!!!!!!!!!!!!

In a growing breast of an eleven year old,it is common to have slight pain or hardness. this all happens due to the hormonal changes taking place in the body at that time.There is nothing to worry. Just wait and watch. Gradually all these symptoms will disappear.
