Hi, if you have no symptom like itching,burning or pain in pubic area having dark skin, then do not worry, it may be totally normal. It may be genetically inherited. Just improve the hygiene of this area with regular wash with antiseptic lotion like dettol. If you feel something wrong, you consult dermatologist. Dr.Ilyas Patel MD
