recently i had to undergo surgery for ectopic pregnancy and also tubectomy was also carried out.after surgery i had menstrual bleeding after 6weeks for once and since then i have not had any menstrual cycles.is it ok to happen not to menstruate? are there any serious problems once again? my stomach feels more bloated than normal.when can i have intercourse? it has been 12 weeks the surgery had been carried out.
