I am 29 male, over a week ago I had a hard mass on my right testicle and it was very painfull. I went in to the doctors and they said it was a hernia/ urinary tract infection so they gave me antibiotics . about 4 days ago my girlfriend noticed that there was a black spot (kinda looks like when blood is rushed to the surface) and over the past few days it has grown to almost the whole right side of my testes and it still hurts tremendously. And it looks like some of the skin is peeling. What could this be. Are they right or wrong because it still hurts and I dont know if this is normal for healing or not

It is possible you have a fungal infection, especially if there is skin peeling but since you have a lot of pain it is also possible you have a condition called a varicocele which recults due to the dilation of the veins over the testis. Do you have pain in the lower abdomen. Any burning micturition. Any nausea/vomiting. A varicocele needs an ultrasound to confirm and if present, may require Surgery. You will need to show to a Surgeon to confirm and get adequate treatment.
