Why Is My Throat So Painful?
Hi, The other day I felt like I had a sore throat and then felt some pain when swallowing. I reached back and felt a pretty decent sized lump. It's pretty hard and doesn't move. It's located on my Palatoglossal Arch directly posterior to my molars. It is very painful. I attempted to see if I could break up the tissue with pressure, but that just caused a lot of pain...Can you help?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that the first possibility would be acid reflux phenomenon and this need to be treated first most of the time with proton pump inhibitor the problems comes around and the best option in the medicine is Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day take care and have a nice day.
