Why Is My Voice Still Childish?
Hi Iam 25years male. My voice is not mechured, my voice look like as a child voice. When iam talking in phone my voice look like as a ladies voice. iam already taken speech therepay also but no use. So please give me a good suggestion for me and also tell me good Doctor in Hyderabad for my Problem. Please Please.

Hi , Your clinical history is suggestive Puberphonia.
Treatment is to train yourself to produce low pitched voice by pressing thyroid prominence in a backward & downward direction. Since you have taken speech therapy will no voice improvement .
You can go for phonosurgery .
In Hyderabad you can take advice from MAA ENT Hospital .
