My girlfriend is 14 weeks pregnant she went back to work today after a week off and is texting me complaining of shortness of breath and saying that just walking is causing her heart to speed up and making her chest feel tight should i take her to an ER? She said she dosent want to go

Some amount of tiredness is common during pregnancy as the body needs to work harder to supply the increasing demands. This is more so during the latter half. The fact that simple walking has caused so much difficulty implies that she would need one visit to her doctor as soon as possible to rule out any other significant cause.
