Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i'm very impressed by your questions.
Polaris test is done in some patient's, with cancer prostate, diagnosed on biopsy. In your husband's case, biopsy has been reported negative.
So, he has no cancer.!! Where's the need to pursue other tests.
Polaris test is done, to get an idea about, genetic linkage and aggressiveness of prostate cancer, diagnosed on biopsy.
You may send a copy of his reports here in my name, for an expert opinion.
