Why Is Semen Present In Urine Of A Female Who Did Not Have Intercourse For Months?

I just had a urine test for a UTI which came back positive but it also showed that semen was present . I am a female who has not had intercourse since Aug but was put under Monday for surgery ..should be concerned something happened while unconscious? Any other way semen could be present ?

It is abnormal to find sperms in female urethra because in women, the genital system is separated from urinary system unlike in men whose whose urethra serve as the passage for both sperm and urine. It could have been possible that some other person's urine sample might have been mistaken for yours. I would suggest you redo the test again.
