Why Is The Anus More Dilated Than Usual?

I am male 26, about 12 stone. just a couple of years ago i noticed my anus didn't look as tight as it normaly should be. I am not gay there was no pain but just looked loose? I do have quite bad bowl movments and believe to have had a slight case of piles, I get constipated quite easily and of two years ago found out I have a protruding lower disk on my spine caused by my posture. Could any of this be related. Just curious?

The usual cause for dilated anus than usual in your case, might be associated with chronic constipation and loaded colon, having retained inside rectum for long time period affecting anal muscle tone.
An assessment with consultant surgeon in form of anal tone evaluation is appreciable for future line of action.
