Why Is The Back Hurting Severely With Shortness Of Breath After Falling Hard On The Butt ?

I was skating on my longboard with a backpack strapped to my back about 10 minutes ago, and I fell on my butt after I lost balance. I got up immediately, and that s when I realized that I was out of breath, and my back was hurting tremendously. I had to sit back down on the floor to catch my breath. After I felt like I could breathe better, I stood up, but I could still feel a little short of breath and my lower back was hurting a lot. is there something wrong with my back, lungs, or butt?
