Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The usual causes for irregular periods are the anemia, infection or some harmone changes.
I advise you to consult agynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have MRI, for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescrib eto my patient with such symptoms hematinics, for 2 months, fluconazole, cifixime.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
