ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi, sinusitis can lead to jaw pain and antibiotics, analgesics, mucolytics and nasal decongestants are used for that. If the problem does not respond to the medical treatment, please get a CT san PNS done in consultation with an ENT. If your doctor is not able to see an ulcer at the gums, there must not have been a formed ulcer at that area. Sometimes the inflammation of the bone underlying the mucosa leads to such a feeling and use of antibiotics helps. Also you can use hexidine mouth wash regularly and take steam. Regards
