Why Is The Dull Pain In Left Arm Worsening ?
i noticed earlier today a dull pain in my left arm, as the day went on i continued to feel the pain which is now alittle sharper. i am a 38 yr old female, smoker, with no medical issues in the past. I am concerned and wonder if i need to go to the ER. I took Ibprophen and still have the pain?

The dull pain in the arm can be related to many medical conditions. One of the common causes in my daily practice is overuse of the muscle which can cause a muscle strain. I suggest to continue using anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application to relieve the symptoms.
