HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This could be conjunctivitis, may be viral, because it gives the systemic symptoms too, for the eye you can use simple irrigation eye drops (Artificial tear drop) and for the pain and inflammation "Diclofenac" eye drop can be used only if it is paining or having swelling, this will come around and if does not responded then it has to be seen by the eye specialist, take care and have nice day.
