Why Is The Swelling Under The Eye Which Is Watering Whereas The Other Eye Which Has Undergone Cataract Surgery Is Normal?
Good morning doc, I am 49 yrs of age and have been operated for cataract on 5/12/2013 in my right eye which is absolutely normal and perfect. However since past 4-5 days I have been noticing swelling under my left (non operated) eye. The swelling is not below the eye but on the bone. This morning I also noticed water coming from the eye. Please guide me.
HI Thank for asking to HCM This could be allergic condition of your eye and this can be treated with anti allergic drops and the best choice is anti-histamine drops try this drops wait for couple of days, if the symptoms persist then this need to b examined by eye specialist, moreover the operated eye should be looked for infection, take care and have nice day.
