Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have a tiny mole on my back that s been itching for 5 months. I saw a Doctor who said he thought it was itching due to an ingrowing hair so removed it. the itching continued and for 2 months I now have awful pain about 2 inches wide around where the mole is. Do you think the ingrowing hair might be back
hi There may be inflammation around mole and anti-inflammatory medicines may be advised by your doctor, cause could be infection in the sebaceous gland under the skin,if it is examined and your doctor agrees,an antibiotic may also be helpful. Both medicines for short courses best Wishes, Regards,
