Why Is There A Golden Colored Discharge From Left Breast ?

Hi Doctor! i am 32yr female having a golden coloured discharge from my left breast from last 06 months, it was stopped after medication i had a mammography ultrasound and cytology done but reports are normal again after a month i got the same problem then i consult breast surgeon, as per him in some ladies it happens and he has given me primosa1000 evion400 and bi-casoule for 3 months and tell me to review after 6 weeks. suggest me what to do and tell me is it serious.
