Why Is There Bleeding While Passing Stool ?

I am 20years old girl, many times blood passes through stools,and nowwdays as well as the area near from where stool passes are swell, I have lot of time dysentry problem Is surgery is good?

Hi,
It would have been helpful to know whether you pass bright red color stools or coffee red color blood in stools. Also if the bleed comes in steaks by the side of the stools or the stools are all red. You probably have Piles considering the history of bleeding and swelling. But it needs to get confirmed by clinical examination. Also if you can get an CBC done as well as Proctoscopy then you treating surgeon may get a little more help when you actually visit him.
