Hello Doctor, I had a colorectal surgery (end to end anastomosis ) for recurrent rectal prolapse 2 years ago. Now, I have good erection but no ejaculation while masturbating. May I know what would be the reason for that? I have irregular bowel movements also after that surgery. Please suggest me what should I do for all this issues. Also let me know how will I get back my normal both physical and sexual. Thanks, Raj
hi
erection is there means u have not problem in the pathway of erection
u have no erection ,means u have damage or problem in the semen tract -seminal vesicle ,epididymis ,urethral opening etc
u need to consult doctor if needed ,USG will find the cause
there is chance of it damage during the surgery
dont ignore the problem and go to doctor at earliest .
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The surgery you had 2 years ago is not likely to be the reason of loss of erection or ejaculation. No ejaculation after erection means decreased sexual stimulation which has happened due to frequent masturbation. Stop masturbation for at least two months and see the difference.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
