Hello
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Low level of potassium never develop such type of pain .
As you mentioned in query this pain is not due to fribromyalgia .
In my opinion may be due to .
1 Rheumatoid arthritis ,usually in R A there develops pain in different joint and this pain also called as migratory joint pain.In my opinion clinical , physical examination play an important role . Blood examination for R A factor is also helpful in this case along E S R.
2 Osteoarthritis is the 2nd most important cause , however gout may be the reason of this pain. Diagnosis can be confirmed by estimation of uric acid level in blood with clinical history.
3 Osteoporosis is another most important cause of such pain. Diagnosis can be confirmed by calcium level with bone density test .
In my opinion consult one more orthopedic surgeon and get his opinion as above mentioned .
Good luck.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that You might be having the fibromyalgia, anemia, or calcium defeciency etc.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections, for 10 consecutive days, calcium suppliments , and vitamin D, and pain killers when ever nesesory.
avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to provide essential nutritients to the body.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
