Why Is There Still Water Discharge From My Penis After Being Treated For Gonorrhea ?

Four months ago i have been treated with gonnorhea, but still i see some water just like urine discharging from my penis. What diseases it would be? Is this HIV?

u need not worry about HIV or gonorrhea.
watery discharge may be due to urethral discharge or ghat syndrome
drink more water
wear condom during sex
u have no major problem its normal
