hello, i am 20 years old, and the following happens sometimes and suddenly: its seems like my lungs hurt the harder i breathe in. As if my lungs lost their elasticity. It stops on its own and it hurts less if my back is curved...What could it be? thank you
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic. I can understand your situation and problem. Possibility of bronchitis is more in your case. So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). If PFT is normal than no need to worry lung related causes. Sometimes stress and anxiety can cause similar symptoms. So avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions, try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. Don't worry, you will be alright. But better to rule out lung causes first. Hope I have solved your query. Wish you good health. Thanks.
