Why My 10 Years Old Daughter Is Having Pain In Arms, Legs And Hip?

My 10 year old daughter started her periods at aged 9 years and 3 months (March 2010). She is now having regular periods. She has quite large breasts and also has pubic hair. She is coping very well, although, obviously is very different to her peers. Lately she has been complaining of a lot of pain in her toes, leg, hip and upper arm (all down the left side). She has a doctor's appointment tonight, after a week of waiting(!) but I wondered if you can "grow too quickly"?! Interestingly she is a twin, but my other daughter is so different - she is a "normal" 10 year old. Thank you for your help. Marina
