Hi there,
This could be because of ALLERGIC RHINITIS. Please take your son to an ENT specialist & get properly diagnosed.
As his nose is blocked frequently he will be using his mouth to breathe. Mouth-breathing often causes a lot of oral & dental problems also.
Use OTRIVIN-S nasal spray to decongest & regularly give him steam inhalation.
