Why My Daughter's Fever Not Coming Down?

My daughter has suffered from bells plasi. She has consumed omnacortil for 21 days. Bells plasi is now ok. She is now being treated for urinary infection with injections in saline water thrice a day. She has been injected for 4 days. But her fever is fluctuating between 100-102.

Dont worry..it will settle down slowly because of steroids she used for bells palsy. ? Her immunity got down..it will take some time for infection to come down..do urine culture sensitive examination it will help to choose antibiotic. ? Hop e I am helpful
