Why My Face Is Broken Up And Sweaty?

Hi! I am 30, and I recently moved to a new apt... My face has started breaking out all over and I ve never had acne... And when I go to sleep, I sweat and it smells like a wet dog. This has never happened before.... What is wrong and what can I do to help both?

there are a number of factors that could trigger of the facial hyperhidrosis includes: humidity, hot weather, stress or anxiety, strong emotions such as anger or fear eating spicy foods, exercise, even mild activity.
