Regarding your concern, your symptoms may be caused by an inner ear disorder called benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), which is typically related to a head trauma. The episodes of head spinning are usually triggered by the head movements.
I recommend consulting with the ENT specialist and performing an electronystagmography and a brain MRI .
There are different techniques which can help you improve your situation (the canalith repositioning procedure consists of several simple and slow maneuvers for positioning your head).

Why My Head Is Spinning Continuously?
Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Different drugs like betahistine, cinnarizine etc, can help with the spinning too. Hope to have been of help! Greetings! Dr. Iliri
