i am 48 years old male i weigh 173 lbs ive lost 30lbs over the last 6 months when i run more than 3 miles my nipples slightly bleed i see no problems no soreness no issues i am on e few meds from my doctor other than this i feel great what do you think?

It may be possible that you may bleed because of the drugs you are taking.
You can get the chest X ray done. This will help you diagnose any tumor or any other pathology.
