Child's Nose Bleeds While Crying. Reason?
My 3.5 half yr old for past couple weeks i ve noticed when she cries her nose will bleed a little nothing major u can just see some streaks of blood in her snot. well then she caught a cold and her nose was none stop running but it was clear well now today its nothing but blood coming out and esp if she cries the blood is worse not to where its running out but when i whipe her nose a bunch of stringy blood will come out

Does she pick her nose often?
Nose picking is the commonest cause of nasal fresh bleeds.
Ask her not to pick her nose.
Apply neosporin ointment in her nostrils thrice daily for 5 days.
Give her some nasal decongestants daily.
Consult your doctor if the problem persists.
