Why My Penis Is Small In Size?

I am 31 years old I have a brain tumor in my head I have been operated three to four times in my life when I was young. Right now I weigh 282 lbs. I have a penis that well to me seems small and I want to know why?? Is it because of the weight??? Is it because of the tumor??? If I lose weight will I have a bigger penis???
