Why My Sperm Count Is Decreasing Day By Day ?
Hi I am 50 years, I had an operation for undecended testis when i was 28 year. My sperm count was 60million/ML before the operation. It dropped to 20 - 30 million/ML after operation. Sperm shape and color changes and has more liquid spots than before. Thanks God, I am a father now. I did recently sperm count and found it is 6 Mil/ML and mostly immobile. Pls. tell me: 1. Will sperm huge reduction take place after undcendended operation ( teh surgeon tested that testile and had no serm) 2. Why the reduction continues..to be 6 Mill/ML

it seems you had normal testis on one side and that was in normal position
operation on undescended testis at the age of 28 yrs usually not helpful for recovery of that side testicular function
drop in sperm count and nonmotile sperms can not be explained as most of the tme no definitr cause is dtected
