Why My Stomach Is Cramping?

I just got woke up out my sleep with my stomach cramping, I felt like I had to use the bathroom so I went I could only go a little bit and there was white stringy stuff in it and I couldn't use the bathroom no more. My stomachs is cramping so bad. What do I do?

I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned the exact site of abdomen pain, but I could guess that it could be due to urinary tract infection it may be with stone or without this if the symptoms long last then it will be sure the urinary tract infection and if it is just happened once then it may be nonspecific and no need to treat the condition, but drink more water and for abdomen pain Tab Dicyclomine can be tried as per needed, if it is the suspected stone case then plain x-ray of abdomen is advisable hope this information helps.
