Why My Stool Is Always Loose?

My stool is always loose. It doesn't matter what i eat (high fiber / protein / carb - tried many variations). I am usually very "regular". I do have IBS - but has improved over the years.... but the stool remains generally the same. Is there potentially something wrong or a way to improve it?
