Why My Sugar Level Is Up After Having Meal?

I am female 48 years old I have tested my sugar level after food It is 296 mg/DL and now I am very much worried because I am not a diebete patient my sugar level was normal since last 2-3 months I have lost about 10-15kg of my weight please doctor tell me how to cure it I dont want to suffer from diabete

dear madam I understand your concern.my suggestion is to check for hba1c.sugar more than 200 at any time of the day is bad.kindly check for the hba1c and get back to me for further analysis ......relax every thing will be alright ....
