Hi, My mother-in-law was suffering from neck&shoulder pain we consulted ortho docter and he referred a neural doctor. Overall diagonised as bone-elasticity problem. But my query is why we need to go to a neural doctor for bone-elasticity problem. Is there any link between bone-elasticity and neural. Please make me understood.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the doctor believes that some of the pain is originating from abnormal function or structure of the nerves.
This is a cause of pain in some persons. Bones can sometimes compress the nerves resulting in pain.

A neurologist would be able to determine if any of the above are contributing to her pain.

I hope this helps
