Why The Arms Are Weak?

Hi I have a hard lump on my upper arm near my elbow joint on the innside of my arm. its about 1.5cm long and can be moved a bit. I have pain in my lower arm pins and needles in little and wedding finger. I have had emg test which showed moderate lesions on my nerve. my doctor said I should stop resting on my elbows (which i don t do) There is no swelling in my arm and the pain is not constant. I also have some weakness in my arm and my fingers are starting to claw Am i right to be concerned?

Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
The soft lump near elbow is most likely a lipoma or a neurofibroma.
Rarely a lymph node can get enlarged if infected and can be palpable.
The pins and needle feeling and finding in EMG are more suggestive of generalised disease.
It is highly advisable that you get a physical examination by a local physician to get an accurate diagnosis and then decide about further course of action.
I hope the advise would be informative and useful for you.
Take Care!
