Why The Whites Of My Eyes Have Grown Yellowish With A Thick Jelly Around It?
The whites of my eyes have grown yellowish with a thick jelly around it. It currently surrounds my iris, and it's growing thicker and thicker. I haven't had anything except plain noodles and a Panadol flu max pill. I'm really worried about this, what am I supposed to do?
Hello It seems from the history that you are having yellowish growth and this indicates pinguecula a age related degenerative condition of the conjuncitva. No treatment is generally required for it but if it encroaches the cornea surgical excision may be required and if it becomes inflammed it requires treatment by the use of anti-inflammatory drugs. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accoridngly.
Thank you
