Hi, I have what feels like either a gas bubble or air bubble in the dead center of my chest. I am a 34 yo female, no major health issues myself. However, father passed at 48 of heart attack which was determined to be heart disease. Just recently suffered a miscarriage. Thoughts?

If both these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases. Sometimes, stress and anxiety can also cause similar symptoms.
