Hi doc feel like very time I have a bowl movement it's very solid with very little movement or very

I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms are not due to absence of gall bladder neither it is the appendix infection but it seems to be constipation may be due to less ware intake and fiber diet, do have more fiber diet and drink plenty off water, a the most Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days can be tried because it may be infection too hope this information helps.
