Why There Is Red Bumps All Over The Legs?
My 16 month had red bumps all over his legs which I thought were mosquito bites. A few days later he developed a high fever and the pediatrician told me she thinks it's hand foot and mouth disease. He has no sores in his mouth or on his hands or feet. His fever is gone but he still has red dots all over his legs.
