Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

As per your case history of a white spot on the anus, my treatment advice is -
1. It can be vitiligo or post inflammatory hypo-pigmentation.
2. Apply a tacrolimus 0.03 % ointment twice daily on it.
3. Take a vitamin B-12 supplement once daily for three months.
4. Other treatment options are a topical steroid, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshit Bhachech
