Why Tip Of Penis Is Red And Having Itchy And Burning Sensation?
I have an extremely itchy sensation that feels like its inside and almost the length of my penis. It also feels like there's a hardening on the urethra down. The length of the penis, but I don't know if that's me noticing it because of the itchy, sensation. The tip is also very slightly red and has a burning itchiness

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have itchy and burning sensation of tip of the penis and entire penis.
This could be most likely to be due to inflammation of urethra either secondary to unprotected sex or UTI.
Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily.Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
