Will Benadryl Help From Itching Due To Work Out?

Hi, I haven t work out in a long time and I m starting again next week and I know that I m going to have severe itch and I dont want that cuz I know it d going to kill me. My whole body will itch and I don t want to look crazy in front of everybody at the gym. Should I take Benadryl before my work out so it s doesn t happen?
