Will Crocin Interfere With UTI Medication?

Hello, I am currently under treatment for uti. I am taking urifast and ondem and also clingen suppostary at ,night. My query is, since I have started this course of medicine I get a headache in the morning. Is it safe to have a crocin or will it interfere with the uti medicines?
