Will Diane 35 Help In Conceiving?

Hi. I have been prescribed Diane 35 in order to help with my fertility journey as I am having trouble conceiving, also my periods are irregular. Will this help me to conceive, please advise. I have been told you to take it for 21 days have one week gap and 21 days again

Diane 35 is a type of contraceptive, it would not help you conceive but would help to reduce the symptoms of polycystic ovarian syndrome which is one of the more common reasons for infertility.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome is associated with increased levels of testosterone and the diane would help to reduce these levels but because it is a contraceptive, it would also prevent pregnancy.

You may want to try weight loss of any excess weight (this has been shown to help with this condition), metformin and medication to help with ovulation.
